Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in holistic wellness and business leadership.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling wellness programs or centres.
• Experience managing teams, revenue targets, and operational budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and oversee overall performance of the centre.
• Translate wellness programs into commercially viable offerings.
• Own pricing, revenue growth, and cost management.
• Lead and govern sound therapy, hydrotherapy, yoga, and trauma-informed programs.
• Oversee certification and practitioner training programs.
• Lead, train, and manage instructors and operational staff.
• Establish operational frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Drive partnerships, promotion, and market positioning.
