Job summary
A regional corporate bank in Singapore is seeking a dedicated ARM to support daily banking operations for their Real Estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ARM experience in corporate banking, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to assist in compliance documentation. This role provides a dynamic team environment with ample learning opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of ARM experience in corporate or commercial banking.
- Strong analytical skills focused on credit analysis.
- Ability to collaborate with Relationship Managers and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to handle daily operations.
- Assist in compliance reviews of KYC, AML, and documentation.
- Perform credit reviews and maintain loan covenant reports.
- Monitor customer accounts and escalate concerns promptly.
- Contribute to research and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all activities are compliant.
- Contribute to research and marketing strategies to prospect more clients.

Education
Our client is an established regional corporate bank. They are seeking a dedicated ARM to support the daily banking operations for the Real Estate portfolio.
- Operational Support: Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and administrative staff to handle daily operational needs for customers
- Compliance and Documentation: Assist in the review of KYC, AML, CDD, and documentation
- Credit and Portfolio Management: Support Relationship Managers in preparing credit applications and follow through to secure credit approvals.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Performing credit reviews, asset assessments, and internal ratings reviews. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining loan covenant reports and other portfolio reports.
- Risk Management: Active monitoring of customers and accounts, reporting and escalating any concerns to management promptly
- Procedural Adherence: Ensure all activities are compliant
- Business Development: Contribute to research and marketing strategies to prospect more clients

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
- At least 2 years of ARM experience in corporate banking and/or commercial banking
- Good credit analysis skills
