Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development and Custody Operations teams within the corporate group by assisting with daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain well-organized records of sales activities, client transactions, and related correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of sales materials, product information, presentation materials to clients, updating trade information, and investment transactions.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities and maintain databases to enhance client and product outreach.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support business development initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the KYC team to facilitate client onboarding and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless listing and onboarding process.
- Support the development and documentation of end-to-end customer journey workflows to enhance client experience and perform UAT testing for platform deployment or development.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to service clients on trade-related matters, ensuring timely and accurate support for client inquiries and transactions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior, including ad hoc projects and initiatives, to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- Minimum 1 years of business operations experience in the Financial industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well in a team and across other teams
- Self-motivated and driven
- Strong IT and analytical skills for problem-solving
- Experience in sales support, portfolio management, investor relations or growth investing in Finance Industry is preferred
- Experience in managing trust accounts, ensuring adherence to trust deed provisions, legal requirements, and internal policies
