What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant in our Pre‑Owned Cars segment, you’ll be the trusted advisor who helps customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs. You’ll guide them through the entire buying journey—from showroom experience to post‑sale support—building lasting relationships along the way.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through walk‑ins and leads.
  • Introduce customers to our dealership and offerings.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Understand customer needs through effective KYC (Know Your Customer) conversations.
  • Recommend suitable vehicles and assist in selection and confirmation.
  • Negotiate and close sales professionally.
  • Coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles.
  • Provide excellent after‑sales service and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Consistently strive to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about cars.
  • Minimum education: Secondary School/GCE "O" Level or equivalent. Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement.
