Descripción de la vacante
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant. Responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, overseeing AR/AP functions, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in accounting. Competitive salary between $3500 and $4500 based on experience. Company transport is provided for selected working hours.
Formación
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with stock issues and related adjustments.
- Ability to prepare financial reports.
Responsabilidades
- Review and monitor project schedules for financial tracking.
- Oversee and review AR / AP functions including journal entries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Working Days: 5 Day A week
Working hours: 8:00am-5:45pm
Working Location: West Coast
Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depends on experience)
Company transport will be provided for employees who opt for the 8:00am – 5:45pm working hours.
Morning pick-up is available island-wide, while evening drop-off points are limited to Clementi MRT and Jurong East MRT.
- Review and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
- Oversee and review AR / AP functions including journal
- Inter-company transaction and balances
- Stock issues and related adjustments
- Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Audit background
