Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin & HR Executive to oversee administrative and human resource operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including CPF, IRAS submissions, and statutory contributions.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, leave administration, and employee database with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and assist management in policy implementation, performance reviews, and training coordination.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments with clients.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor management, and document control.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance, and project-related permits.
- Support management in HR planning, compliance audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and Admin experience, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
