Job summary

A reputable engineering service provider in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Admin & HR Executive. This role involves managing HR functions, preparing payroll, handling compliance, and maintaining HR records. Candidates should have a post-graduate degree in HR or Business and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administration, preferably in the engineering sector, along with strong knowledge of local employment regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR and Admin experience, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, including CPF, IRAS submissions, and statutory contributions.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, leave administration, and employee database.
  • Assist management in policy implementation and performance reviews.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin & HR Executive to oversee administrative and human resource operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including CPF, IRAS submissions, and statutory contributions.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with MOM and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, leave administration, and employee database with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management in policy implementation, performance reviews, and training coordination.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments with clients.
  • Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor management, and document control.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance, and project-related permits.
  • Support management in HR planning, compliance audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR and Admin experience, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
