Primary role : Administrative / Operations support to an agency team
As an Executive / Senior Executive (Administration & Operations), you will provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to our financial services team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and excellent client experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and delivering reliable, timely results.
Client & Partner Engagement – Coordinate schedules, prepare documents, and liaise professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Applications & Claims – Prepare and submit quotations/applications, follow up on claims, and maintain accurate trackers.
Operational Excellence – Ensure SOPs, PDPA compliance, and proper audit trails are maintained; oversee day-to-day operations with accuracy.
Communication & Reporting – Deliver timely updates, dashboards, and presentations to advisors and management.
Quality Control – Review documents, numbers, and data for accuracy; perform checks in Excel/Sheets.
Compliance Monitoring – Track case reviews and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.
Project Support – Contribute to process improvements and other initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Regulatory note : This is an administrative/operations role. You will not be required to provide financial advice or perform regulated activities.
Diploma / A-Levels or higher (Banking/Finance/Business an advantage, but not required)
Strong written and spoken English; Good command of Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with clients and partners who are Mandarin-speakers only
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and service-driven with strong follow-through
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Candidates will be given priority, if you have :
Worked in the last 5 years in key roles in Finance / Insurance / Banking operations
Skills sets in CRM systems / AI Tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) / Excel programming
Good knowledge on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok etc.)
