Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Handle BAU (Business-As-Usual) processing of departmental functions, including rostered Public Holiday coverage.
• Process and book trades accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and facilitate settlement of failing transactions with various Prime Brokers.
• Perform daily trade and position reconciliation; identify and resolve breaks in a timely manner and escalate issues as necessary.
• Participate in system/project roll-outs and ad-hoc testing.
• Undertake other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Banking/Finance
• Knowledge and experience in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Futures will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in system roll-outs or UAT testing will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
