A leading sourcing company in Singapore is looking for an administrative assistant to provide comprehensive support to the management team. Responsibilities include filing, document management, and overseeing day-to-day operations. This entry-level position encourages applicants without experience but requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate in Mandarin. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, document management, data entry, and general office duties
Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Support the team with any other ad-hoc administrative responsibilities as required
Candidates without experience and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Diploma or O Level.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken) to liaise
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm
Able to start work immediately
