Job summary

A financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a KYC specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the banking sector. The role involves conducting SOW reviews, applying knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, and ensuring project monitoring through MI reporting. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and ideally have experience with PB/HNWI customer segments. Weekend work may be required based on KPIs. This position is onsite 100%.

Overview

KYC specialist (Minimum 3+ experience) with familiarity with SOW benchmarking and write-up, and risk assessment writing. Strong analytical skills, and proficient in independently conducting SOW reviews and managing cases promptly. Previous experience working on the AML/KYC project in similar industry. SME knowledge on the MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements. Resources to be onsite at premises 100% of the time. Resourced to be onboarded onto systems. Engagement manager to be proficient in status tracking and MI reporting to ensure accurate project monitoring and insightful data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SOW reviews and risk assessments independently and promptly.
• Apply SME knowledge of MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements to projects.
• Ensure resources are onsite as required and onboarded onto systems.
• Track status and provide MI reporting to support accurate project monitoring and data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• SOW experience required.
• Banking sector experience.
• PB/HNWI customer segment experience.
• KYC holistic (holistic) review experience.
• Weekend work may be required if KPI targets are not met; weekend work may be taken as leave in lieu.
• Ideally FI experience and immediate onboarding availability.
• Looking for a mix of senior/checker and maker/junior profiles.
