Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior UX Researcher offering up to $14k. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting comprehensive research studies. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in applied product research and preferably hold a MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field. Qualifications

- Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify research questions.
- Develop and execute research studies throughout product development.
- Communicate insights to shape product strategy.
Skills
Education
9 to 12 months (maternity cover) — convertible if good performance.
Up $14k.
Central region.
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, design, content strategy, data science, and engineering to identify important research questions.
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research studies that span different phases of the product development cycle.
- Identify the right research methodologies and execute with rigor.
- Collaborate closely with other UX researchers to leverage and build upon knowledge.
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
- Generate insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium, and long-term product strategy.
- Preferably MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Economics, Political Science, etc.) or equivalent.
- Min. 5+ years experience in applied product research.
- Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods will be highly preferred.
