Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Under the operation, ecommerce and livestream execution team, you will in charge of the daily operation, inventory and ecommerce management.

  • Pick and pack order for e-commerce and retail platforms
  • Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations on online marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
  • Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with KOLs.
  • Provide real‑time support by monitoring comments across accounts and product management.
  • Assist hosts with any immediate needs, including shouting out sales promos and brand messages.
  • Ensure a seamless streaming experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise and liaising with the relevant teams as needed.
  • Any other related ad‑hoc tasks, such as but not limited to, data entry, stock take, packing and moving of goods.
  • Assist marketing and events team in project planning
Requirements
  • Independent and flexible in taking on new task.
  • Candidate must possess good communication skills and be customer oriented.
  • Flexi Working hours, 5 days work week.
  • Training will be provided.
