SEO & Content Specialist
We are looking for a qualified candidate who encompasses digital marketing and content writing competencies to support the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance.
This role requires a combination of content writing, and digital marketing skills to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and generate leads for our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for analyzing market data, creating compelling digital ad copies and oversee brand identity development for the School. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in industry trends and capable of executing effective communications and engagement strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
- Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy for multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, website, and EDM campaigns.
- Craft compelling long-form and short-form content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Leverage data analytics to conduct A/B testing and optimize content for maximum ROI.
- Manage and oversee the production of visual and written content, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling.
- Lead social media strategy for professional platforms such as LinkedIn, tracking performance and optimizing engagement.
Communications & Public Relations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align branding efforts with industry trends and business goals.
- Develop compelling ad copies, speeches, and press materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist with PR initiatives, including media monitoring, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the development and approval of key marketing materials, such as brochure, media pitch and press releases.
- Manage website content updates, partner relations announcements, and executive communications.
- Lead website audits to ensure accuracy and ensure compliance with accreditations.
Digital Marketing
- Manage Google PPC, Social Media ads copies and Google Affiliate briefs that supports sales funnel/activities.
- Work with the HQ/overseas agencies and teams to deliver effective campaigns and manage the performance of all digital campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Third Party websites), analyzing campaign data to improve results.
- Perform benchmarking of competitor offerings and analyzing market research/data on customer segments, customer profiles and journeys in support of developing effective communication campaigns
- Responsible for improving organic search visibility by optimizing website content, meta tags, and backlinks.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking to drive higher rankings on search engines like Google.
- Regularly audit and enhance site performance to align with SEO best practices and ensure technical SEO improvements.
Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, marketing or communication.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills with the ability to create engaging and impactful messaging.
- Prior experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS)
- A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MailChimp, SEMrush, Salesforce, and design software
