Job summary
A staffing firm in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Sales Coordinator to manage data entry and support sales operations. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales orders, assist with inquiries, and liaise with customers. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in MS Office. The role offers a salary range of $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience, preferably in related field.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Assist in sales inquiries and provide accurate sales quotations.
- Liaise with customers on delivery requirements.
- Support sales team in achieving department objectives.

Position title : Assistant Sales Coordinator (Data Entry Clerk)
Location: Tuas Avenue (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours: 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience
- Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
- Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
- Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
- Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
- Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
- GCE N/O levels/NITEC
- Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
- At least 1-year experience, preferably in related field
