Salary: Up to $2,800 + 1-month completion bonus after 12 months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support for Cooling Operations. You will coordinate daily staff and contractor deployment, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily deployment of staff and contractors for technical and maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve operational issues; maintain tracking logs.
  • Maintain records and generate reports on job progress, manpower utilization, and service metrics.
  • Manage documentation, databases, and logistics as needed.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and act as backup coverage when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma (engineering diploma is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or operations support.
  • Technical or engineering background, preferably in facilities management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
