Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall setup and configuration of contractor CDE, the BIM Execution Plan and a single point of contact for the S.O. Experience in the management of information.
• Ensure that BIM models meet project requirements and industry standards through quality control and validation processes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective BIM integration across all phases.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and the BIM execution plan for the project.
• Provide support and advisory services for operations, tenders, and other project-related activities.
• Identify and resolve BIM-related challenges and technical issues as they arise during the design and construction phases.
• Support the company's BIM roadmap, implement new software, and drive innovation within the department.
• Supporting BIM Manager and coordinating with Project team to execute the BIM work to achieve milestone.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree /Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination in large-scale or infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of the construction lifecycle.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and a multitasker/ able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
