• 3 years of experience facilitating instructor-led learning with 1 year virtual facilitation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to adapt communication style to multicultural contexts.
• Knowledge of instructional design and delivery methods.
• Strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver virtual and classroom learning events.
• Manage technical requirements during virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with project teams to review content.
• Create and manage participant registrations in learning sessions.
• Prepare virtual classrooms with materials and breakouts.
