Job Specifications
  • Website SEO search and updating website.
  • Implement digital marketing activities and campaigns to capture the market share online.
  • Develop or upload content or product updates on the website and digital channels to ensure most relevant and accurate information are being shared.
  • Attending to all online enquiries and questions.
  • Investigate and provide ad-hoc IT support to the team when an issue arises.
  • Relevant Sales support.
Competencies
  1. Develop content using videos, customer testimonials, or pictures to garner interest online.
  2. Using social media or the various digital channels to upload new/updated products.
  3. Communicate effectively among inter-department to successful service delivery or projects.
  4. Learn how to resolve technical issues through familiarizing with the system and offer troubleshooting.
