Job summary
A leading multinational corporation in Singapore is seeking an IT Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support for end-user computing environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring timely resolution. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT, at least 3 years of field support experience, and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft tools. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of deskside or field support experience.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft MCP are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Set up meetings/events, provide technical support for AV equipment.
- Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using remote tools or in-person.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and configurations of IT equipment.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
