Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process electricity supply applications.
• Monitor performance statistics.
• Prepare performance and remittance reports for supply applications.
• Tag tenant meters and raise refunds for service quotations.
• Check and issue service connection quotations and payment acknowledgment letters.
• Liaise with LEWs and customers on supply application matters.
• Attend to customer inquiries via various communication methods.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc duties.
