Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of deskside or field support experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up meetings/events, provide technical support for AV equipment.
• Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using remote tools or in-person.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and configurations of IT equipment.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
