We’re looking to add a Manager, IT (Cyber Security) in Singapore.

As a Manager, IT (Cyber Security), you will play a critical leadership role in protecting the company’s global digital assets across the organization globally. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that ensures the safety and security of our networks, systems, and data. In this role, you will oversee the Corporate Cybersecurity Headquarters function, coordinate with Global Site IT leads, manage security operations, and lead the team in responding to and mitigating cybersecurity threats. You will be the key escalation point for cybersecurity incidents across the organization and ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards to safeguard global operations.
• Manage and mentor the Corporate Cybersecurity Team while coordinating with Global Site IT leads to ensure effective security measures across all sites.
• Oversee security technologies and solutions, including monitoring, analysis, and the mitigation of potential cyber threats to Venture Group's assets.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and lead the successful implementation of security projects across global sites.
• Oversee regular penetration testing, vulnerability scans, and remediation efforts to strengthen security posture.
• Develop strategies and lead the response to security incidents, conducting investigations, and driving continuous improvement in security protocols and practices to ensure swift recovery from any security breaches.
• Plan and organize security awareness programs and conduct ongoing training and phishing simulations to enhance security culture.
• Work closely with Group IT Pillars, business stakeholders, and external partners to align security policies with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO27001:2022 ISMS and other relevant standards by developing and maintaining security documentation and managing internal and external audits.

• Degree in Information Technology/Information Security or related field.
• Min. 3 years of proven work experience in a similar cybersecurity leadership role, managing enterprise-wide security operations.
• Experience and knowledge in enterprise security solutions such as XDR, PAM, SIEM, Email & Cloud Security, DLP, ZTNA, SOAR, IAM, IIOT Security will be beneficial.
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale security projects, from proof of concept (POC) to successful implementation.
• Proficient in IT security governance and architecture, including a knowledge of IT network security and cloud-based technologies.
• Proven understanding of the current vulnerabilities, incident response, and mitigation strategies used in cyber security.
• Proficient in IT security governance, risk management, and network security architecture.
• Experience in performing security solutions POC, evaluation, testing and track record of security project management for successful implementation and roll-out.
• Security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCISO) is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ISO27001 ISMS is highly beneficial.
