THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH
- The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.
- The Business Engagement lead will work closely with the C3 and Corporate & Operations Proximity Leads within the Management Entity Proximity team to define the strategic priorities and demand for their respective domains.
- She/He will also develop synergies with the other Business Engagement Leads within the Management Entity.
- She/he reports to the ME Proximity Director, building jointly the strategy and long‑term roadmap for the affiliates under his/her scope.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
The Business Engagement Lead is the voice of the Tech Function at the affiliates under his/her scope. She/He promotes Tech products, provide advisory based on local expertise, ensures the capture of local needs & feedbacks to fuel local product strategy and roadmap and secure its continuous improvement. She/He drives deployment and adoption of functional products in the affiliate(s) under his/her scope.
- Securing market relevancy of Tech strategy and roadmap: Understand business priorities and monitor pain points within their affiliate, coordinating with Proximity Leads to identify affiliate needs by domain, and interacting closely with their business counterparts at affiliate level. Translate business priorities and pain points into ideas for product backlog, articulating them with global product teams
- Management and steering of Affiliate Tech roadmap: Own and communicate marketers, ensuring monthly reports to affiliates and Management Entity Proximity Directors. Share communication to appropriate scope during major incidents
- Driving business engagement at Affiliate level: Act as the affiliate's single point of contact for all tech-related matters and participate monthly in the market/brand Codi on the tech agenda, to present the evolution of the tech roadmap and lead arbitrage. Promote and align affiliate leaders on tech strategy and roadmap
- Securing deployment and adoption of global products at Affiliate level: Oversee and support roll‑out and change management activities performed by Proximity teams to ensure local adoption and value realization of global products
