The hiring company is a local events management company. It is currently looking for a Logistics and Events Executive to assist with the day-to-day event support and routines.

• Events on-site coordination and execution
• Events management and operations
• Transportation of goods for clients and on-site logistics setup for events
• Client management, event facilitation, and briefing
• Events logistics planning, inventory management, stock-check, and equipment maintenance
• Take charge of the company van, driving it for transportation of goods and persons for events

• Class 3 Drivers License is mandatory
• Proficiency in English required, other languages a bonus
• Outgoing personality required for coordinating of events and client liaison
• High physical strength required for event setting up and conducting outdoor events
• 5 day week, 9am to 6pm. May be required to work on weekends due to the nature of the event industry
• Able to drive company vehicle home
