• Support the end-to-end outsourcing review process.
• Maintain and update records for compliance.
• Coordinate responses to client requests.

Job description

• Support the end-to-end outsourcing review process, ensuring all documentation is completed on time and meets regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update records to ensure compliance with MAS guidelines and internal policies.
• Work closely with teams such as Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure proper governance of outsourcing activities.
• Coordinate responses to client and internal requests related to risk and due diligence.
• Assist in managing operational incidents, follow up on corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Help organize regular risk and control assessments and review the quality of information submitted.
• Support activities related to insurance renewals and external audits.
• Prepare reports and track key risk and compliance tasks for management review.
• Take part in other enterprise risk and compliance initiatives as needed.
