About the role

As the Manager, HR Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department to ensure smooth processes, accuracy, and compliance. Your scope includes managing payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about HR operations, meticulous with details, and committed to driving efficiency and service excellence.

What you will be doing:
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR system updates
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies
  • Administer timely payroll processing, compensation, benefits, and insurance programs, including leave, medical, dental, and work injury claims
  • Manage annual performance appraisal, salary review, and bonus administration exercises
  • Manage foreign workforce matters, including quota management, work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
  • Oversee HRIS maintenance and data integrity to ensure accurate HR reporting and compliance, such as headcount, turnover, insurance claims
  • Review and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience
What we’re looking for someone who’s:
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR operations, particularly in large or fast-paced environments
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR data reporting, and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in payroll, compensation, foreign workforce management and MS Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • A diploma holder in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
