Case Manager (Insurance)
Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in case management for high-net-worth clients in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, delivering administrative support for sales consultants, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients in insurance.
- Comfortable working with systems and tools for insurer illustrations.
- Good understanding of insurer guidelines for case submissions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales materials like product highlights and quotations.
- Deliver administrative support for sales consultants.
- Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
Skills
Prepare sales materials such as product highlights, quotations, and insurer illustrations to support client discussions.
Deliver end-to-end new business and post-sales administrative support for sales consultants.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures by maintaining accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
Coordinate pre-submission activities, including medical appointments, preparation of KYC documentation, and completion of insurer application forms.
Manage submission and follow-up of new business cases with multiple insurers, working closely with sales consultants through to policy issuance.
Compile and manage monthly banking and operational reports.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support Sales Operations objectives.
Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients preferably in the insurance broking or insurance industry
Comfortable working with a range of systems and tools to prepare insurer illustrations and related documentation.
Good understanding of insurer underwriting guidelines to facilitate timely and accurate case submissions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
