An international education organization is seeking an HR Manager to oversee talent acquisition and strengthen recruitment processes. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance, and working closely with school leaders. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment in diverse environments. The position offers a hybrid working model based in Singapore, competitive annual leave, and medical insurance.

The HR Manager will lead the planning and execution of the Cognita Asia talent acquisition portfolio, ensuring recruitment and onboarding of highly qualified and capable professionals in the Regional Office.
This role is pivotal in strengthening talent pipelines, promoting workforce diversity, and aligning recruitment outcomes with broader organizational and educational goals. It provides expert guidance and partners with school leaders and HR colleagues to build and oversee a proactive, best practice recruitment framework.
The job holder’s responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom s/he is responsible, or with whom s/he comes into contact, will be to adhere to and ensure compliance with the relevant Cognita Safeguarding; Child Protection Policy and Procedures at all times. In the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School’s Child Protection Officer/Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head or indeed to the Regional CEO so that a referral can be made accordingly to the relevant third party services.
