Job description

We are seeking a car-loving, automotive-passionate Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who genuinely love cars, enjoy working in an automotive environment, and aspire to build a long-term career in the automotive and vehicle services industry.

If you enjoy discussing cars, creating engaging automotive content, interacting with customers, and being involved in real workshop operations, this role is well-suited for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive online and direct sales through social media, messaging platforms, and walk-in enquiries
• Prepare sales quotations, billing, and invoices accurately
• Track and report sales performance using Xero and internal systems

2. Vehicle Insurance Sales

• Generate and convert vehicle insurance cases
• Ensure full compliance with insurer SOPs and documentation requirements
• Coordinate submissions and follow up on insurance cases

3. Marketing Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and publish various forms of marketing videos and collaterals
• Maintain consistent posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels
• Ensure content aligns with company branding and sales objectives

4. Live Commerce

• Host or support TikTok live-stream sales sessions
• Prepare products, scripts, and live session flow
• Track live performance and sales conversion

5. Accident Reporting & Insurance Claim Assistance (ARC)

• Assist customers with accident reporting and claim submissions
• Guide customers clearly and professionally through ARC procedures
• Ensure compliance with insurer and ARC SOPs

6. Customer Engagement & Service

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Maintain high service standards to support repeat and referral business
• Handle basic complaints professionally and escalate when required

7. Operational Coverage & Team Support

• Cover sales billing, invoicing, and appointment bookings when required
• Ensure smooth handover and continuity during staff absence
• Coordinate across departments to maintain daily operations

8. Administrative & Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure SOP and policy compliance
• Support cross-team coordination and task execution

Requirements

• Prefer diploma or equivalent (Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred). Fresh grads and those without relevant qualifications but with a passion is the automotive industry are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable appearing on camera (TikTok / Live selling)
• Strong written & communication skills (Both English & Mandarin is required)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a must
• Experience with insurance, ARC, automotive, or service industry is an advantage
