RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in executing Banca and Direct SME corporate strategies
• Business Development in Banca and Direct SME portfolio
• Responsible for the profitable growth and development of SME/Banca Commercial business to meet assigned targets
• Driving and generating leads on Banca and Direct SME Corporate through engagement with Partners and digital platform
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Reinsurance and Claims teams to manage loss ratios
• Negotiate, underwrite, accept and new business base on assigned Risk Acceptance Authority
• Ensure compliance of Company's underwriting guidelines, service standards and all relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitor outstanding premium payable and implement the company's credit control policy
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary education
• Relevant qualifications in general insurance (minimum CGI & HI)

OTHER INFORMATION

At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or servicing of general insurance accounts as an Insurer or Broker

Proficient in underwriting and/or advising commercial lines of business

Experience in managing teams

Experience in Bancassurance and/or Direct business an advantage
