Job description

We are looking for an Insurance Project Engineer to join current project and anticipateroadblocks, ensure budget allocation and deliver all tasks till completion.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager to lead, organize, plan and deliver complex Transformational initiatives
  • Planning across various projects and ability to look around corners to mitigate future issues
  • Applies structured problem solving with an analytical mindset
  • Create communication and change deliverables for audiences ranging from executive Leadership to all colleagues
  • Engage stakeholders and leadership as necessary to remove roadblocks and obstacles
  • Deliver clear, concise and relevant status reports and progress updates
Key requirements:
  • Experience with past projects from an end to end perspective
  • Manage multiple concurrent project workstreams, self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Clear and concise communication – written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship, interpersonal and team skills with an aptitude to collaborate across teams, lines of business and products
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential issues and data
  • Works efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
