Job summary
A human resource solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Supervisor to oversee a team in HR Business Process Outsourcing, including recruitment and training functions. The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience with supervisory duties, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Workday and Microsoft Office. Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field including supervisory experience.
- Experience in shared services is an advantage.
- Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth operations according to policies and customer expectations.
