Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an HR officer to manage payroll, recruitment, and related administrative tasks. The candidate will ensure accurate personnel records and assist with recreational events for employees. Responsibilities include managing work pass applications and overseeing dormitory contracts. This role is essential for maintaining a positive work environment and supporting workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR duties for workers (payroll and training) and reports.
  • Involve in Recruitment Process for suitable candidates.
  • Manage related work pass applications.
  • Administration of other staff and workers HR related areas.
  • Assist in ad-hoc recreational events for staffs and workers.
  • Involve in dormitory rental contract and all related matters.
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date.
  • Any other duties as assigned by HR manager.
