- Serve as the regional HR partner for assigned departments, delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, offboarding, policies, and HR systems.
- Act as the employee relations contact, fostering a positive, inclusive culture, building trust, and resolving conflicts in line with organizational values.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports and insights to support decision-making within the HRBP role.
- Oversee designated HR areas—such as L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and policy management—while collaborating with global HR teams.
- Represent the region in global HR initiatives, contributing to the planning and improvement of services across key HR functions.
