Job summary
A reputable staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll officer to manage payroll processing for large headcounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for career development in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Min. 3 - 4 years’ relevant Payroll experience.
- Able to handle large headcounts (500+).
- Hands‑on experience with SAP/Oracle system.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Institutional HR for payroll instructions.
- Perform monthly payroll computation.
- Process employees' claims and tax forms.

Salary: Up to $3400
Days: Mon - Thurs (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Location: Bukit Merah
Duration: 1 year renewable
- Liaise with Institutional HR for necessary instructions & documents required for payroll processing.
- Perform monthly payroll computation of various cost centers.
- To be involved in month-end closing and accounts reconciliation.
- Process employees' claims, IR8A, and all other related tax forms and filings.
- Responsible for CPF contribution/refund.
- Attend to enquiries from employees.
- Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Min. 3 - 4 years’ relevant Payroll experience
- Able to handle large headcounts (500+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands‑on experience with SAP/Oracle system and/or shared service payroll experience will be an added advantage
