Beauty Branch Manager: Lead Team & Drive Growth
Job summary
A leading HR advisory company in Singapore is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee operations and provide expert beauty consultation. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage inventory, and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service. Candidates must have proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry and a strong knowledge of beauty products. The position offers a salary range of $2500 - $3300 plus performance bonuses and a conducive working environment.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
- Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain the branch’s appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
