We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring seamless HR operations for our workforce and client placements. From work pass processing to payroll, onboarding to HRIS support—your work will keep everything running efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:
Work Pass / Work Authorization Management:
- Handle full spectrum of work pass transactions including applications, renewals, cancellations, and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines and maintain accurate records.
Onboarding & Offboarding Administration:- Manage employment documentation such as offer letters, contracts, forms, and checklists.
- Facilitate timely onboarding and exit processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees.
HRIS System Management:- Act as a power user of the HRIS (QuickHR) platform, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and provide system-related support to users.
Leave & Benefits Administration:- Track and administer leave entitlements, medical benefits, and insurance coverage.
- Address employee queries on leave policies and benefits claims.
Payroll:- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, OT, allowances, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate salaries disbursements.
- Handle CPF submissions, IR8A preparation, and ensure statutory compliance.
HR Records & Personnel Data Management:- Maintain and update employee records (digital & hardcopy) in compliance with data privacy and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with required HR documentation.
What We’re Looking For:- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, including payroll and work pass handling.
- Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, SDL and payroll statutory requirements.
- Ready to embrace technology and proficient to optimize HRIS systems for reports generation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset and good communication skills.
