A leading recruitment services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP HR specialist to provide first-level support and assistance in using SAP HR/SF/ECP. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a university degree. Key responsibilities include coordinating between end users and IT, ensuring data integrity, and analyzing business requirements. This position offers a significant opportunity to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
Provide first level support/advice/assistance in the use of SAP HR / SF/ ECP to line users
Work closely with SAP IT / GIT Department to resolve system issues/problems
Analyzes and defines business requirements
Coordinate between end users and IT/GIT when implementing new initiatives
Introduce continuous improvements to help end users achieve better efficiency and productivity
Ensure data integrity and harmonization in HRIS system
Provide guidelines and best practices to the maintenance of data within SAP HR with the other integrated HRIS systems
Lead or provide support on the enhancement/upgrading/interfacing of SAP HR with other HRIS systems
Ensure that the batching of information from other interfacing systems are accurately ported over to SAP HR
Review and assess the feasibility of new/enhanced reports
Fine tune and submit user requests to IT Department

Support the creation and enforcement of policies for effective data management
Formulate techniques for quality data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
University Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling SAP HR, and other Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
