About our client:
Our client is an EPC company specializing in the chemical, petrochemical, and high-tech industries.
About the role:
- Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, and training and development.
- Responsible for full payroll administration.
- Execute HR operational functions related to employee data maintenance, leave administration, employee benefits, medical claims, and work pass applications.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and process flows.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding of employees.
- Support the consolidation of HR reports and analysis for the Group, and generate statistical reports as required.
- Develop internal work plans to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
- Provide timely reporting to the Finance department.
- Ensure organizational compliance with statutory Act requirements.
- Communicate and educate staff on regulatory requirements to drive ongoing awareness.
- Promote workplace safety and health awareness, and ensure staff are informed of relevant statutory requirements.
- Manage and supervise the Office Administration function.
- Oversee overall Office and HR Administration matters, including office lease management, workspace allocation, wellness programs, season parking, and staff passes.
- Manage the budget for Office and HR Administration.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
- At least five years of relevant experience, specifically in HR governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and office administration, including 5–8 years in a people management role.
- Well versed in HRIS systems such as JustLogin and Unit4.
- Experience in rolling out HRIS implementation projects within an organization.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Resourceful, independent, meticulous, with a strong desire to learn and able to work in an agile environment.
- Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Available to commence work immediately.
