Job Summary

EPI-USE Singapore seeks an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant and Employee Central Payroll Consultant to lead multi-country payroll implementations. You will deliver tailored SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and resolve technical challenges to drive successful HRIS deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local payroll requirements
  • Analyze and document customers’ business needs and translate them into effective SAP HCM configurations and implementations
  • Provide timely solutions to technical issues and challenges, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
  • Facilitate discovery meetings with customers to educate and align on SAP HCM functional and technical requirements
  • Manage communication with clients, senior stakeholders, and project teams both formally and informally to ensure project alignment and progress
  • Participate actively in weekly customer project team meetings, track action items, and drive their resolution to completion
  • Interpret and map business processes to SAP HCM functionalities to optimize HR and payroll operations
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to creatively solve problems and deliver high-quality HRIS solutions
  • Support quality assurance processes for software implementation to maintain high standards of delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Certification in SuccessFactors SF EC Payroll
  • Demonstrated business domain knowledge in Human Resources and HRIS software implementation
  • Previous exposure to HR practices and HR software environments
  • Experience managing Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably including roles at leading system integrators
  • Experience delivering 3 or more end-to-end project lifecycles
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral
