A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a candidate to manage a comprehensive range of human resource functions. You will focus on talent acquisition, collaborate on HRIS adoption, and participate in corporate projects. The role requires a recognized degree in Information Technology or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR tools such as Microsoft Office. If you are a detail-oriented team player with an interest in digitalization of HR processes, this could be the role for you.
You will handle the full spectrum of human resource functions for your assigned user group. You will provide advice and support line departments in talent acquisition, management and retention and related employment and employee matters. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to support and engage end-users in the adoption of the new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), work on digitalisation and automation of HR processes. Last but not least, you will be involved in the administration of staff programmes and events and participate in corporate projects as assigned. The selected candidate will be offered employment on contractual terms.
