- Develop project schedules and ensure drawings meet design and classification standards.
- Monitor site work quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and execute projects, including coordination with stakeholders.

- Develop project schedules and ensure drawings meet design and classification standards.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, authority regulations, and tender specifications.
- Monitor site work quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and execute projects, including resource allocation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare project checklists, procedures, and close‑out documentation.
- Handle progress claims and monitor post‑project activities.
Site
- Enforce safety protocols and proper work procedures on‑site.
- Attend technical and progress meetings with clients/owners.
- Conduct site visits to resolve issues and update As‑Built drawings.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of systems on‑site.
- Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW).
- 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) system design and implementation.
