A health and eldercare provider in Singapore is looking for a Programme Executive who will facilitate activities for seniors, particularly those with dementia. The candidate should have a Diploma in social service and strong interpersonal skills. As a Programme Executive for our Fun with Friends Programme, you are a dedicated care team that delivers a person-centred care model for our seniors, including persons with dementia. We aim to promote seniors' independence and maintain their cognitive and physical functions through multi-modality group programmes, ensuring they lead fulfilling lives.
