Job Descriptions
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling of appointments, and billing and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes

  • Prepare and dispense medications prescribed by physicians, following established protocols and safety guidelines

  • Assist physicians during consultations and clinical procedures, providing support and ensuring patient comfort and safety

  • Compile medical reports and laboratory results for doctor’s reporting and finalising reports, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation

  • Collate and compile results, arranging follow-up reviews and appointments for patients as needed, and providing clear instructions and information to patients regarding their healthcare needs

  • Perform clinical parameters such as temperature, blood pressure taking, height & weight measurement, resting ECG, urea breath tests, and other clinical assessments as required

  • Maintain confidentiality of patients’ records at all times, adhering to privacy regulations and ethical standards, and ensuring the security of sensitive medical information

  • Perform any other additional duties as assigned by the superior, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic and the delivery of high quality patient care

Job Requirement:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent; Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field preferred
