Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Senior Management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense claims, and correspondence handling.
Organize meetings by preparing agendas and materials, drafting minutes, and tracking follow-ups on action items to ensure timely completion.
Conduct data collation and analysis, and support the preparation of presentation slides, reports, and documents for strategic decision-making.
Assist in planning and executing strategic and high-impact operational projects, and manage procurement processes including quotations and invoice submissions.
Rotate across departments to gain holistic business understanding, contribute to improvements, and participate in leadership development and training programs.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous
A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
