Your role includes managing guest arrivals for executive spaces, coordinating event bookings, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Applicants should have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a luxury or corporate environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Following booking approval, the Receptionist / Concierge Officer will:
(i) Notify and provide event details to the CRES Enterprise Services Executive Events Team, who will liaise with respective functional units to mobilise:
(a) pre-event activities, including: Security clearance Car park allocation and transport coordination Premise hygiene, cleaning, and facilities readiness checks
(b) Day-of-event backend support, including: Onsite standby technician and cleaner deployment. Offsite backend facilities and hard services support.
(ii) Maintain communication records of all notifications; follow up with CRES ES Events Managers on readiness; and provide summary updates to CEO Executive Secretary, CEO Office Chief Butler & Penthouse Captain, the CRES Enterprise Services Lead as part of the preevent preparation cycle.
