• · Day to day kitchen operations
• · Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
• · Wash, cut, and prepare food for designated for cooking
• · Prepare variety of foods; meat, seafood poultry etc
• · Clean and restock worksations display cases
• · Ensure strict hygiene standards
• · Assist with all duties as assigned by Head Chef
