Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project sites and operations. The role requires at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) and 3+ years of related experience. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, ensuring project quality, and resolving technical issues with stakeholders. Candidates must have experience in curtain wall and cladding work. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field required.
- Experience in curtain wall, cladding, and customized aluminium work is a must.
- Manager specialization in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage project sites and operations.
- Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure schedule progress.
- Ensure project completion within budget and maintain quality.

- Manage the project sites and operation
- Attend regular meeting with Owners/Clients/Sub-Cont and ensure progress on schedule
- Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
- Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
- Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
- Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
- Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience in curtain wall, cladding and customize aluminium work experience.
- Ability to resolve technical issue with Consultants/Architects.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
