Job summary
A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist with accounting tasks. Responsibilities include data entry using QuickBooks Online and month-end closures. The ideal candidate should have a finance diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers full-time, internship, and permanent options.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably entry-level specialized in Finance or equivalent.
- Best if candidate has working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff on full set of books and month-end closure.
- Perform accounting data entry using QuickBooks Online.
- Assist in reconciliation of intercompany and bank transactions.

We are looking for Accounts Assistant.
- Assisting senior staff on full set of books and preparation of month‑end closure.
- Accounting data entry using QuickBooks Online accounting software.
- Assisting in reconciliation of intercompany transactions and bank transactions.
- Candidate should possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Best if candidates has working experience in the related field.
- Required Skill(s): Must be detail‑oriented, accurate, analytical, and have strong organization skills, hard working, multi‑task, and able to work under pressure with good time management.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Interns are welcome as well on special arrangements.
Office is near Tai Seng MRT.
