The job holder is responsible for assessing, identifying, implementing, coordinating and evaluating nursing staffs’ continuing education, training and development plans. He/she adopts evidence-based approaches to plan, organise, implement and evaluate nursing education programs. He/ she contributes to the attainment of high quality education and the production of effective, efficient and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of our patients. He/ she will oversee programs for trainee nurses to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to practise nursing effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Education
• At least 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years in healthcare setting or nursing academic school
