Responsibilities

• Manage the project sites and operation
• Attend regular meeting with Owners/Clients/Sub-Cont and ensure progress on schedule
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have experience in curtain wall, cladding and customize aluminium work experience.
• Ability to resolve technical issue with Consultants/Architects.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
