Senior/ Social Worker

• Senior Social Workers with handson experience in casework, community programmes, and policy advocacy

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver traumainformed counselling
• Collaborate with government agencies and community partners to champion and support vulnerable families

• Contribute to policy reviews and operational improvements to enhance service delivery

• Qualifications:Bachelors or Graduate Diploma in Social Work (mandatory)
• Experience: Preferred casework background and familiarity with strengthsbased approaches (for Senior roles)
