A community service organization in Singapore seeks a Manager/Head for their Active Ageing Centre. The role involves providing strategic and operational leadership to support seniors in their community. Key responsibilities include overseeing program delivery, complying with service agreements, and leading a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have experience in eldercare services and relevant qualifications. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in promoting senior welfare.
Purpose of job
Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in:
Ability to lead, supervise and develop multidisciplinary teams through practice supervision, performance management and capability building.
Strong competence in designing, implementing, evaluating and improving active ageing and community care programmes using data and evidence.
Deep understanding of MOH / AIC service models, with the ability to integrate active ageing, community care and community mental health services.
Proven ability to build partnerships, mobilise volunteers and engage communities to strengthen ageing-in-place outcomes.
Strong commitment to service quality, compliance, ethical practice and accountability within funded service environments.
